Got screwed at the dealer?

Having been in the car biz for a while I can tell you that if you were looking at a "popular" car that was "on sale" you were obviously not the only one interested in buying that particular car, and as happens often at a car lot on a busy day there were more than one customer interested in the same car and some one just beat you to that car, and since there were more than one customer dealing on the same car there was "confusion" ie the guy you were buying it from didn't know that it was already sold., that happens all too often or not often enough, depending on your perspective...
