Liriope SOS! How to discourage regrowth, without toxins?

you don't want to dig them up but what about asking your neighbour's they might be open to dig them up for their property or post them on Craig's list and have the askers dig them up i hate to see a plant die for there must be other ways is there a free cycle in your area cause people would love to come and dig them up i know this is not answering your question but like i said i would hate for you to have to kill them off
