How can i get my grade up from like from "C" to "B" or A zzzzz........?

i was having like Azzzzz and Bzzzzz but then i started baseball for freshmen,JV,varsity and i start messing my grades now its like Ceeez and Deeez and i wnat to change it and i only got 4 weeks so how can i change it........please help
