Why does Miley Cyrus always say that?

She ALWAYS says that she's dating this guy and that guy even though she's not. She said it about Nicole Jonas(one of the jonas sisters), she said it about Zac efron and every other guy available on earth. AND I JUST read the news where Justin Gaston denied that he's dating miley and said he's ONLY a family friend.
