Why can't we bring monarchy back..lol?

i know whom you are pointing out ! , but i doesn't like to tell that , but in real our present govt is running like what you said , there is no need to bring monarchy it is already exist indirectly . but i say people should realize that and never allow that kind of persons to throne .
