How do I get skater hair? like when it curls up at the end?

I have medium long hair. its simmilar to zach efron's hair when it is not spiked up or anything (not trying to be y) Its not like mushroom hair but its long and straight, flat and extremely soft. I am a guy by the way. the front reaches my eyes and i can cover my ears with my hair. Its long in the back too. I want to get the type of hair where it just curls up right at the end. It's skater hair it's called I think. Or maybe you have any other hair styles that I should use. Give me some ideas.PLEASE
