How do I change this light?

You should be able to get the tips of your fingers behind the chrome trim ring and pull down gently. It should have spring-tensioned wires that fit into tabs to keep it from falling until you can safely ease them out of the clips. Once you see how it fits you can reverse the process to reemble it after you change the bulb. Just take your time and observe and you'll be successful.
