I understand what you mean. Song writers don't usually take that into account, because the singer can simply kind of BS their way through an especially high note by singing it as an A sound even if it is not. E and O are generally the hardest to hit, so if the singer can't reach them they can sing a different but similar sounding vowel to make it easier.
