What are the spices in traditional Fattoush Salad Dressing?

I have read many recipes that say it is only lemon juice and olive oil, but it is not. There are reddish, brownish, and sometimes greenish spices added to the dressing at the lebanese restaurants I go to. Does anyone know what those spices are?
